Strength Training Workouts Changed My Life

I am a middle aged man, and my life changed completely due to strength training workouts. Ever since my childhood, I have been a little weak on physical strength. My friends often mocked me for this. Due to my weakness, I couldn’t participate in any physical activities. I was never selected, even though I always wanted to participate in the games. Even at college I was always at an receiving end of comments and mockery for my lack of physical strength. Being good at studies is okay but you have to be active physically too. But I dealt with it in college too. But when I was mocked at office too, I couldn’t take it anymore. I took the life changing decision to do Strength Training Workouts. Initially it was really difficult to do so, but gradually as I persevered, I was able to do very difficult strength training exercises. It changed my life completely and now I have gained a much more positive outlook towards life. I am now the center of attention of my office whenever a game approaches and I enjoy that very much. I sometimes think that I should have started doing Strength Training Exercises much earlier which would have made my life much better.
